How do I find the right size?

Use our sizing & fit guide. If your dog is between sizes, size up for coats and down for harnesses. Still unsure? Email us their measurements and breed — we’ll recommend a size.

How much of my purchase goes to PAWS Chicago?

A portion of every purchase is donated. We publish our full annual impact report each January on the Our Cause page.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Chicago, IL. Standard U.S. shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes — free U.S. exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Email orders@gizandhalo.com to start.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I care for my Giz & Halo pieces?

Care instructions are on every product page. Most pieces are machine-washable cold. Leather accessories should be spot-cleaned only.
